As we said that Monoculture is an agricultural practice whereby the cultivation of a single crop species is dominant in a given area. This practice is often chosen for its efficiency in planting, harvesting, and managing pests and diseases, but it can also lead to negative environmental impacts such as soil degradation, loss of biodiversity, and increased vulnerability to disease outbreaks.
